You enter the villa through a large entrance hall that
leads to the kitchen and sun terrace with views to the sea.
From there you move onto the large living room and dining
room where you can sit and admire the views to the mountains.
There is a large sun terrace which overlooks the swimming
pool and hot tub. On this floor is a double bedroom and
en-suite, twin room with en-suite and guest toilet. Both
rooms have beautiful views to the mountains and garden.
The first floor has two twin bedrooms both en-suite and
master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite leading onto
a private sun terrace. There are two further twin rooms
on the 1st floor which also have wonderful views to mountains.
In the basement there is a large games room with music
centre, football table, pool table, karaoke machine,TV,
bar with optics and fridge to keep your drinks cool. There
is also a separate shower room with shower toilet and sink.
In the double garage there is a laundry area.
This villa is air conditioned for both hot and cool air.
Overall it is very spacious and finished to a high standard
with spectacular views.
