You've bought your dream home in Spain and want it cared for while you're away. Exclusive Marbella has over 15 years of experience in property management. From purchase to moving in, our after sales team is ready to assist you with any questions, ensuring a smooth transition and peace of mind.

What services do we provide?

Our staff will visit your property monthly and provide a report on its condition. We will keep the property secure, dry, and ventilated, checking for dampness and pest infestations. We will open and close windows, check for water leaks, run taps, flush toilets, and water plants.

If we identify any problems, we will contact you with a suggested course of action. Payment for any required work must be made in advance.

We can retain a recommended float to cover emergency works, such as flooding or break-ins.

Our Standard Package includes

  • Putting welcome packs into your home, i.e. milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, orange juice and a complimentary bottle of wine
  • Key holding for owners and private guests
  • Turning on the hot water and air conditioning prior to your arrival
  • Checking the security of your property on a monthly basis
  • Checking all utilities and appliances are in working order
  • Arranging for any works to be done on property that may be necessary
  • Checking furnishings and Inventory

    • What are our costs?

    2 bedroom apartment - 850 euros per year + iva

    3 bedroom apartment - 900 euros per year + iva

    Please note that you can also add additional services as below and are charged at an additional rate of 10% of the invoiced cost plus IVA (21%)
